We are seeking a detail-oriented Deep Research & Outreach Specialist to support our probate real estate operations. This role focuses on researching property ownership records identifying heirs and conducting outreach to connect with decision-makers and set appointments.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct deep research to identify heirs of deceased property owners
Call and communicate with heirs to identify decision-makers and set appointments
Follow up with leads using CRM systems
Maintain and organize lead lists
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
Additional related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented
Familiarity with probate processes (preferred)
Experience in real estate (wholesaling investing or related fields preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Podio experience preferred)
Prior experience in phone outreach calling or administrative roles
Schedule (Eastern Time)
Monday: 1:00 PM 8:00 PM
Tuesday Friday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM
Compensation & Bonuses
Must generate a minimum of 3 qualified leads per day
$20 daily bonus for achieving 3 qualified leads (paid bi-weekly)
$200 bonus per closed deal (paid at month-end)

We are looking for someone reliable proactive and comfortable with research and outbound communication. Prior experience in real estate or probate-related lead generation is a strong plus.
