About the Role
On behalf of APG Magnit is seeking an experienced officer alternative investments administration to join a high-performing team.
In this role you will be at the core of financial operations ensuring the accuracy quality and timely delivery of financial data and reports across alternative investment portfolios. You will also play a key role in coordinating deliverables improving processes and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Record recurring financial transactions (cash flows valuations commitments) accurately in internal systems
- Perform quality checks on financial data from internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare recurring financial reports including:
- Financial statements
- Cost and investment overviews
- Movement schedules
- Cash flow forecasts
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery
- Coordinate reporting processes and take ownership of deadlines quality and outcomes
- Monitor progress against plans and proactively resolve issues
- Coach and review work of junior team members
- Represent the team in operational and cross-functional projects

Core Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in:
- Financial Economics
- Business Economics
- Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial operations accounting or reporting
- Proven track record of increasing responsibility and complexity
- Strong accounting & reporting expertise
- Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues
- Solid project management and workload planning skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus)
