Tactical Operations Trainers directly assist MNG TACOPS Officers in the creation update and maintenance of the MNG Aviation Mission Survivability (AMS)Program. They advise and train MNG TACOPS Officers on 3 key aspects of Tactical Operations: Mission Planning Aviation Threat Detection and Survivability and instruction of Aviation Mission Planning Systems (AMPS) and Aviation Survivability Equipment (ASE) employment. They work directly with the MNG-AVN G5 Staff Aviation Institute and Brigade Flight Training Directorates ensuring products meet all needs.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in relevant field of study. An equivalent combination of college level courses military training and job site experience may be substituted.
Graduate of a US Military Flight School with appropriate advanced airframe for position.
Minimal of 3 years of experience in a BN or higher TACOPS/AMSO role supporting the US or Saudi Military.
CW3 or above
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer networking and administration.
Professional verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical and background check upon hire and possess a valid drivers license.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
