The Role:

• Manages all aspects of organizational data; establishes and maintains policies and procedures for planning designing and maintaining a data platform to ensure that data services are delivered in a high-quality and profitable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of Data Specialists in Cat Financial with responsibility for data governance master data management data stewardship data quality data design and modeling.

• Responsible for the Customer 360 customer data mastering process with Cat Digital business partners and maintaining health of master data matching. Interfaces regularly with peer and senior level leaders in the Cat Financial business IT and other Caterpillar divisions.

• Key leader engaged in the data strategy for Cat Financial and large-scale data initiatives across Caterpillar.

Summary Pay Range:

$151440.00 - $242304.00
