Employee Field Sales (Industry) (AMDM)
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-wise field sales plan to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Identify approach and convert new customers in the assigned industry segment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct site visits technical discussions and product demonstrations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical logistics service etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Generate and follow up on leads inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities through CRM or designated systems.
- Participate in exhibitions trade shows and industry meets to promote brand visibility.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide accurate forecasting.
- Coordinate with existing dealer and support them with all techno-commercial quotation and closing of orders
