ABOUT THE JOB

The website has gone from strength to strength in recent years operating across 46 markets and 11 languages. As the business continues to scale delivering an impeccable site experience and flawless execution is critical to ensuring our consumers experience the very best of the Levis brand online.

Youll manage the daytoday site maintenance and execution of . The role spans three core areas: product enrichment and golive promotional and pricing activities and quality assurance site reporting and issue resolution.

Working closely with Site Merchandising Marketing IT and Customer Care teams youll play a handson role in bringing the site experience to life and ensuring smooth execution across all active European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Daytoday site management & product golive

• Support the EU eCommerce Site Merchandising team in the setup and ongoing maintenance of .

• Source validate and manage product enrichment information including pricing and product data following up with stakeholders where information is missing.

• Build and manage enrichment files in Excel ensuring correct formatting and readiness for FTP upload.

• Coordinate with Planning and Site Merchandising teams to ensure products go live in the right place at the right time with accurate content.

• Send enrichment files to IT Support review error files and follow through to resolution.

Special collections & key launches

• Act as the operational lead for special collections collaborations and key launches.

• Coordinate crossfunctional launch plans across merchandising site merchandising marketing email app and IT teams.

• Create and manage critical paths for upcoming launches ensuring clear checkpoints and ownership.

• Lead final environment checks ahead of golive escalating issues quickly and coordinating fixes with IT support.

Promotions & pricing execution

• Align with Site Merchandising and Marketing calendars to plan and activate promotions.

• Manage promotion and pricing setup within Hybris Back Office continuously optimising execution and customer experience.

• Run quality assurance checks at golive and coordinate with Consumer Services on customer feedback or detected issues.

• Manage sale pricing on in line with local legal requirements naming conventions and timing restrictions.

• Coordinate with Planning and Site Merchandising to optimise sale presentation including category pages filters badges and navigation updates.

Quality assurance & site experience improvements

• Monitor site performance and identify bugs or recurring issues across the customer journey.

• Recreate issues raise and track tickets and follow through to resolution prioritising based on customer and business impact.

• Partner with merchandising marketing IT and customer care teams to resolve complex issues and improve execution.

• Contribute to frontend enhancement initiatives improving messaging and tools across PDP PLP cart and checkout journeys.

Projects & process improvement

• Act as project or workstream owner for site operations initiatives including legal and compliancerelated projects.

• Own endtoend operational execution for collaborations seasonal launches and fullprice site readiness.

• Manage the product translation workstream ensuring accurate and timely localisation across all active markets.

• Lead or contribute to crossfunctional site projects such as migrations UAT and tool implementations (e.g. Product Information Management tools).

• Support initiatives to enhance site experience including size guides navigation improvements and consumerfriendly content updates.

ABOUT YOU

• You are naturally meticulous organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.

• You are consumerfocused and care deeply about delivering a smooth and reliable online experience.

• Youre technically curious and confident working with CMS and Back Office tools.

• Youre a proactive problem solver who collaborates effectively across teams.

• You bring a solid understanding of ecommerce operations ideally within apparel or retail.

Experience & skills

• 2 years experience in a similar ecommerce site operations or web operations role.

• Handson experience working with CMS and Back Office tools (e.g. Hybris Back Office Salesforce Commerce Squarespace or similar).

• Strong Excel skills and experience managing large or complex data files.

• Experience with Product Information Management tools (e.g. Salsify Riversand) is preferred.

This is a hybrid position based in our London office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is 34100 - 45400 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations local ranges will apply.
