Analyst, Customer Supply Chain

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement across KHC and Dollar General Supply Chains

Analytics and technical support to leverage latest technologies (Excel Power BI SAP PowerPoint) to develop solutions to streamline work across the organization

Work alongside their Manager to develop routines/rituals reports etc. to maximize results that include (fill rates in stocks cost reduction forecast improvement on time and case fill etc.)

Support best practices and accountability across the customer and sales teams that will include daily weekly and monthly direct connectivity w/ KHCs supply chain performance and execution team.

Analytics Support

Go to person for data analytics and process requests with your core team

Training and mastery of customer ordering system to maximize fill rate instocks and on-time KPIs.

Qualifications

Prefer bachelors degree in operations or supply chain management or related field

2-5 years of experience in areas such as production scheduling inventory management forecasting or supply/operations planning

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Power Point)

Strong work ethic

Ability to learn on the fly

Strong communication (oral written presentation)

Ability to solve problems

Desire to be technical using analytic tools

New Hire Base Salary Range:

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
