Full-time -Fixed-term position

About therole:

TheProperty Management Coordinator plays a critical role incoordinating overseeing and ensuring the effective development andimplementation of property management and maintenance strategiesacross AnglicareCQs property portfolio.

Thisposition provides leadership and specialist advise across strategicproperty management maintenance planning compliance and contractmanagement ensuring properties are safe secure andwell-maintained and compliant with all legislative and regulatoryrequirements.

Whatwill a typical day look like

  • Ensure delivery of property management services in line with the National Regulatory System for Community Housing National Building Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Property Management Master Plan and annual maintenance plans ensuring properties are safe secure and well maintained.
  • Oversee biannual property condition reports site inspections investigations and testing activities as required.
  • Provide oversight and advice on bestpractice emergency planned and responsive maintenance.
  • Negotiate and manage head leasing and leasing arrangements and liaise with lessors property owners and their representatives as required.

MandatoryRequirements:

  • Qualifications in building/property management (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading a team in a similar field.
