About the role
We are looking for an Advisor - Operational Excellence to join Commercial Services in Singapore. This role is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the organizations transformation agenda by driving transformation initiatives and overseeing data governance reporting and BI dashboards.
Reporting to the Manager Transformation you will:
Business Improvement & Transformation
Develop strategies to optimize processes and systems aligned with organizational goals.
Identify assess and prioritize improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Build business cases for improvement initiatives and manage implementation to ensure benefits realization.
Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) to eliminate inefficiencies and waste.
Lead the implementation of identified initiatives to ensure stakeholder needs are met business benefits are realized and ensure initiatives are coordinated by working across processes business as well as tech team in designing the future processes.
Leverage emerging technologies and AI to drive automation and efficiency
Familiarity with BI tools and platforms preferred.
Data Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance across systems.
Oversee the design development and maintenance of BI dashboards and performance reports to enable informed decision-making.
Oversee data analysis and interpretation to generate actionable insights.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and effectiveness of initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data models and reporting tools align with business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including process owners commercial teams and senior leadership.
Champions change management and communicate progress effectively.
Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role you will have:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Data Analytics or related field.
5 to 8 years in business process improvement data governance and analytics/reporting roles.
Core Skills:
Data Analytics: Strong ability to analyse large datasets interpret trends and generate actionable insights using analytical techniques.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects including planning execution and stakeholder coordination.
Problem-Solving: Expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to address complex business challenges.
Business Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies design optimized processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Having Lean/Six Sigma Certification Black Belt Master Black Belt certification will be a bonus.
