This role is homebased with weekly travel to Corsham MOD site.

What youll be doing

• owning and shaping the product vision and roadmap to meet DCO and Front-Line Command needs
• creating welldefined product backlog items and prioritising them to support timely highimpact delivery
• building strong relationships across MOD acting as the main point of contact for training products and regular client meetings
• supporting the development and communication of a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to client and FLC needs
• supporting user research journey mapping and market analysis to inform product decisions
• identifying risks opportunities and improvements to drive continuous efficiency across development and delivery teams

What were looking for

Essential

• strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in an Agile environment
• experience working in MOD
• excellent stakeholder management skills particularly with senior MOD users and multilocation teams
• confidence setting strategic direction and leading conversations around vision priorities and deliverables
• ability to analyse complex processes and translate them into clear actionable requirements and user stories
• experience using Agile tools such as Jira or Rally
• strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage a busy varied workload

Desirable

• familiarity with DSAT / JSP822 or broader defence training frameworks
