Education
- High School Education (Required)
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- 35 years of experience in client services customer service management or operational leadership in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
- Experience working with EHR systems (e.g. Epic) CRM tools and customer service platforms (preferred)
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
