Global Showroom & Events Assistant
Job Summary
The Invisible Collection is looking for an intern to assist the Marketing & Showrooms team in coordinating the pieces exhibited in showrooms and events. This role involves working closely with local and international carriers managing relationships with designers overseeing loan contracts and ensuring precise coordination of stock using our internal tool. Additionally you will be responsible for responding to sales inquiries regarding stock availability.
Coordinate stock movements between showrooms and events by liaising with local and international carriers.
Work closely with designers and supplier workshops to place orders and ensure timely delivery of stock.
Manage furniture loan agreements with designers.
Utilize and maintain our internal stock tracking tool to verify information accuracy.
Respond to sales inquiries regarding stock availability and provide necessary assistance.
