Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments

• Assigningworksof daily planned activitiesofWarehouse.

• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy

• Achievinghigh levelsof customer satisfaction through excellence in receivingidentifyingdispatchingand assuring quality of goods

• Measure andreport onthe effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance

• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy

• Communicate job expectations and coach employees

• Determinestaffing levels and assign workload

• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems

• Maintain items record document necessaryinformationandutilizereports to project warehouse status

• Identifyareas of improvement andestablishinnovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained

• Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed whenoperatingforklifts and other machinery

Required Experience & Skill Sets:

• Clear knowledge of warehouse operations

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Management skills

• Leadership and organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently

• Proficiencyin inventory and/or invoice software

• Ability to remain stationed for extended periods when working on the warehouse floor.
