Were looking for a Registered Childrens Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing high-quality EBD homes.
Our Nelson home is a solo service offering a smaller safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural emotional and social needs.

For this role we need someone who has:
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
- A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care
- In depth knowledge of relevant legislation best practice and regulatory expectations such as Ofsted regulations (essential)
