About the role:
Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare. Proactive personalised and most importantly accessible to all. Were looking for a Video Editor who will own our paid creative output end to end. This isnt a set-and-forget editing gig. Youll be the driving force behind what our best-performing ads look like constantly iterating testing and raising the bar on what converts.
Youll sit at the intersection of creative and performance producing high volumes of ad content without compromising on quality while also supporting broader brand work across B2B and B2C. If youre the kind of person who watches back every ad with a critical eye rewrites hooks on instinct and genuinely gets a kick out of beating last weeks top performer we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities and scope:
Produce multiple video ads per day from brief to delivery working across formats for Meta TikTok YouTube and other paid channels.
Own the Everlab ad creative pipeline proactively iterating on hooks CTAs pacing and structure based on live performance data.
Edit organic brand videos and reels for social ensuring consistency with Everlabs tone and visual identity.
Collaborate with our Social Media Manager on content filming sessions and edit all resulting deliverables.
Create and respond to creative briefs using performance data creative research competitor analysis and hook testing applying a quality gate before anything goes live.
Develop your own ad concepts and creative angles not just execute on whats handed to you.
Support ad hoc requests from the wider team across B2B and B2C including presentations internal video event content and anything else that needs a sharp edit.
Stay across whats working in performance creative AI-powered tools and social platforms and bring that knowledge into your daily output.
Analyse ad performance data to understand what converts and translate those insights into stronger creative decisions.
What we are looking for:
Available Full-time with 12 in-office days preferred for those near our Sydney or Melbourne offices.
Proven experience editing video for paid social and direct-response advertising. You know what scroll-stopping creative looks like and how to build it.
High output without sacrificing quality. Youre fast organised and thrive under volume.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and how creative variables (hooks format pacing messaging) impact results.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (Premiere Pro After Effects CapCut or equivalent).
Comfortable on set. You can support and contribute during filming sessions not just work in post.
A sharp eye for whats trending across TikTok Instagram YouTube Shorts and paid channels and the judgement to know whats worth borrowing.
Finger on the pulse with AI tools for video editing content creation and workflow efficiency.
Ability to self-direct. You can concept brief yourself and execute without waiting to be told what to do.
Genuine enthusiasm for the craft and the pace. This role suits someone whos energised by output not someone watching the clock.
Bonus: experience in health wellness DTC or startup environments.
