Right now we are looking for a Central Planning Manager for our Central Project Control this role you will report to our Central Project Control Leadership and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for driving project-wide planning scheduling and performance tracking across all delivery areas.

As Central Planning Manager you will own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment across the full project. You will provide structure oversight and clarity in planning enabling informed decisions and early identification of risks across a complex multi-disciplinary environment.

Role responsibilities:

• Own develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all delivery areas

• Define and enforce planning standards frameworks and ways of working

• Monitor schedule performance including progress variance and forecast completion

• Identify critical paths milestones and schedule risks and drive mitigation actions

• Lead schedule risk analysis (SRA) scenario modelling and recovery planning

• Integrate schedules across teams and ensure alignment with project-level priorities

• Provide consolidated reporting dashboards and insights to senior leadership

• Lead and support Area Planning Leads including capability development and guidance
