Sales Representative (Portuguese)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Sales Representative to join their offices in Valencia.

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Valencia Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with private and business customers by phone and email

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services

• Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm

• Follow up on warm leadsno cold calling required

• Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations

• Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement

• Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Portuguese both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

• Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality

• Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essentialwe provide full training

• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems tools and processes

• Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus

• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive solutions-focused attitude.
