Join a Growing Finance Team in the Cyber Industry

We are looking for a Confirmed Accountant (all genders) to support our Finance function in Morges.
Working closely with the Head of Finance and the CFO you will play a key role in the monthly closing activities implementation of our local internal control framework and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will contribute to the accuracy and reliability of our financial operations by taking ownership of:

• Monthly closing activities

• Customer payment reminders and credit control follow-up

• Accounting reconciliations and related controls

• Acting as a backup for the Head of Finance and the accounting team

• Documenting and enhancing the internal control system

• This position offers autonomy cross-functional exposure and a meaningful impact on the Finance organization.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to a dynamic environment in the cyber industry. You bring:

• A Swiss accounting certification or equivalent

• At least 5 years of accounting experience

• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders (Finance peers local managers etc.)

• A high level of rigor and analytical mindset

• Ease with accounting tools; proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is a strong asset

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Fluency in French and English
