Job Summary
A pioneering academy trust in Croydon is seeking a dedicated HR Manager for a full-time role starting ASAP. You will lead the HR function managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring that safer recruitment protocols and the Single Central Record (SCR) are maintained to an impeccable standard. This role requires a professional who can balance technical compliance with a supportive approach to staff development.

Requirements
Essential: Significant previous experience in school-based HR and personnel management.
Essential: Deep understanding of the Single Central Record (SCR) and KCSIE safeguarding requirements.
Essential: Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship).
CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Full-time permanent contract.
Salary Range:(Outer London Scale).
