Job Summary
Were looking for a Full-stack developer with a strong backend focus whos comfortable jumping into the frontend when needed and cares more about shipping than over-engineering.
What youll do:
Build and maintain backend services using
Work with React on the frontend
Design and evolve infrastructure (deployment scaling reliability)
Actively use and integrate AI tools (Claude LLM APIs etc.) into development workflows
Move fast: prototype iterate and ship features (yes vibe coding is a thing here)
Work with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements:
4 years of backend development experience with
Solid working knowledge of React
Proven experience designing and building systems independently (from idea to production)
Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments
Hands-on experience with AWS Oracle or Vercel
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up development (Claude Copilot etc.)
Able to operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
Nice to have:
Experience with serverless architectures
Hands-on work with LLMs / AI agents
Strong ownership mindset and product thinking
Understanding of DevOps practices

Were not looking for someone who just writes code. We want someone who:
Can independently implement features end-to-end
Makes decisions quickly without constant supervision
Doesnt get stuck chasing perfect code
Uses AI as leverage
Ships things to production
