Job Summary

Role Overview
The QA Specialist will support testing activities across the full product lifecycle including test planning execution defect management and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop test strategies test cases and test scripts
Execute manual and automated testing (functional regression load and AODA)
Track manage and report defects throughout the lifecycle
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate sessions
Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

Mandatory Skills

8 years of QA/testing experience including defect tracking and team collaboration
Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with version control systems
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Experience creating test plans test cases and test scripts

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with automated testing tools
Experience with data querying (e.g. SQL)
Public sector or government experience
Experience with SharePoint web services and cloud applications
