Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join a team in Brampton immediately. You will implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.
What youll do
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules end to end
- Configure payroll elements calculation cards balances and payment methods
- Support Quick Pay payroll flow and retro processing functionality
- Develop BIP reports OTBI reports and dashboards
- Perform data migration and payroll validation using HDL and HCM Extracts
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and propose solutions based on business requirements
What you bring
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM cloud modules
- At least 2 end to end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations
- Experience with Fast Formulas HCM Extracts and HDL
- Proficiency in BIP and OTBI reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations
- Background in large enterprise environments
Work setup
- 6 month contract in Brampton ON
- Hybrid with 3 to 4 days onsite per week
- Immediate start preferred
