Our client is seeking a Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including ERP HRIS and digital programs. This role will drive end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) strategies to ensure successful adoption alignment and value realization.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Lead development and execution of end-to-end change management strategies
Conduct stakeholder analysis change impact and readiness assessments
Develop and deliver communication training and adoption plans
Facilitate workshops stakeholder sessions and leadership engagements
Design communication materials and enablement content
Partner with PMs HR IT Finance and business leaders
Define and track adoption metrics risks and change effectiveness
Support organizational design and future-state process documentation
Coach leaders and stakeholders to drive change adoption and sponsorship
Provide status reporting risk management and program updates
Support training development and execution activities
Requirements
10 years of experience leading change management or transformation initiatives
Management consulting experience required
Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred)
Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies (PROSCI preferred)
Experience working in complex global organizations
Strong stakeholder management coaching and influencing skills
Experience with Agile and project management frameworks (PMP/Scrum preferred)
Ability to operate in fast-paced ambiguous environments
Utilities or infrastructure industry experience is a plus
