Our client is seeking a Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including ERP HRIS and digital programs. This role will drive end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) strategies to ensure successful adoption alignment and value realization.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead development and execution of end-to-end change management strategies
- Conduct stakeholder analysis change impact and readiness assessments
- Develop and deliver communication training and adoption plans
- Facilitate workshops stakeholder sessions and leadership engagements
- Design communication materials and enablement content
- Partner with PMs HR IT Finance and business leaders
- Define and track adoption metrics risks and change effectiveness
- Support organizational design and future-state process documentation
- Coach leaders and stakeholders to drive change adoption and sponsorship
- Provide status reporting risk management and program updates
- Support training development and execution activities
Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading change management or transformation initiatives
- Management consulting experience required
- Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies (PROSCI preferred)
- Experience working in complex global organizations
- Strong stakeholder management coaching and influencing skills
- Experience with Agile and project management frameworks (PMP/Scrum preferred)
- Ability to operate in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Utilities or infrastructure industry experience is a plus
