Our client is seeking a Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including ERP HRIS and digital programs. This role will drive end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) strategies to ensure successful adoption alignment and value realization.

• Lead development and execution of end-to-end change management strategies
• Conduct stakeholder analysis change impact and readiness assessments
• Develop and deliver communication training and adoption plans
• Facilitate workshops stakeholder sessions and leadership engagements
• Design communication materials and enablement content
• Partner with PMs HR IT Finance and business leaders
• Define and track adoption metrics risks and change effectiveness
• Support organizational design and future-state process documentation
• Coach leaders and stakeholders to drive change adoption and sponsorship
• Provide status reporting risk management and program updates
• Support training development and execution activities

• 10 years of experience leading change management or transformation initiatives
• Management consulting experience required
• Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies (PROSCI preferred)
• Experience working in complex global organizations
• Strong stakeholder management coaching and influencing skills
• Experience with Agile and project management frameworks (PMP/Scrum preferred)
• Ability to operate in fast-paced ambiguous environments
• Utilities or infrastructure industry experience is a plus
