Job Description & Skill Requirement:
IP (Instrument Panel) Engineer - Job Description
Design develop and integrate Instrument Panel and Console systems across concept development and launch phases.
Own component and system requirements specifications and interface definitions for IP/Console assemblies.
Create and maintain CAD models drawings sections and package feasibility studies.
Lead DFMEA DVP&R and validation activities to ensure safety quality and regulatory compliance.
Manage supplier technical deliverables design reviews tooling readiness and issue resolution.
Support DV/PV testing prototype builds and production launch activities.
Ensure targets for cost weight timing fit finish and craftsmanship are achieved.
Drive rapid closure of open issues through engineering change management.
Collaborate closely with design manufacturing quality and vehicle integration teams.
