Role Description

The company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Associate to support its Private Brand business. This role works closely with Account Managers to drive account performance support strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution across key customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized data-driven and eager to grow within sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers in managing Private Brand customer accounts
  • Analyze sales data forecasts and account performance to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in the development of presentations for customer and internal meetings
  • Attend customer meetings alongside Account Managers; take notes and track follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations product finance marketing) to ensure smooth execution of account needs
  • Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in sales support account management or analytics (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP etc.)
  • Experience building presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
