Job Description:
- Finance Department requires immediate assistance completing the following duties:
- Entering requisitions into data systems
- Placing orders for tangible goods
- Gathering new vendor completed documents.
- Travel - pre-travel process registrations
- Local/overnight travel reports
- Other finance related duties..
Skills:
- Micriox MIP fund Accounting
- Local travel processing
- Admin experience.
- MS Office Excel Dial Pad.
- Excel/Word
- Data Entry
- General Office/Admin
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
