1. Role Designation : Training & Development Manager
2. Overall JD & Role :
* Develop and maintain a training schedule
* Identifying training needs & designing and implementing training programmes
* Evaluating sales staff and identifying areas for improvement
* Implementing the best practices across stores to uplift store experience
* Developing a grading and testing structure to assess all store teams
* Creating Training Manuals which are focused and clear on topics within the brand. These can include videos and presentations
* Deliver training sessions in person one on one or in groups in store or online for outstation stores
* Assess business goals and develop training material that align
* Work closely with store teams to identify areas they need training in and develop material for it. Use the help of store KPIs to further analyse areas of improvement
* Foster an exciting and inclusive training environment
* Building and maintaining relationships
* Maintain training records and documentation
* Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
3. Experience Required :
* Over 5 years of experience in retail training
* Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
* Good communication and people skills
* Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
* Strong organisational skills and multitasking
