Are you a Registered Nurse whos ready to step into a broader clinical leadership role At Pathways to Life were looking for a Corporate Nurse (RN) who wants to influence care across entire programsnot just individual cases.
This is not a traditional nursing role. Youll be guiding clinical teams strengthening compliance supporting staff and helping shape how care is delivered across multiple behavioral health programs including CST IIH and TCM.
What Youll DoProvide clinical and nursing oversight across multiple programs and locations
Serve as the go-to resource for nurses and clinical staff
Support medication management practices and clinical decision-making
Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with NC DHHS and CARF standards
Conduct audits and help keep teams survey-ready at all times
Identify gaps solve problems and implement process improvements
Assist with training staff on clinical documentation and safety standards
Collaborate with psychiatrists care managers and interdisciplinary teams
Support high-risk member care and coordination efforts
You impact multiple teams and programs not just one caseload
You help shape clinical standards and compliance strategy
You work closely with executive and clinical leadership
You play a key role in audit readiness and quality improvement
You help build and support nursing staff across the organization
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
3 years of experience in behavioral health psychiatric or community-based care
Strong understanding of psychotropic medications and member care needs
Experience with CST IIH or similar services preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid documentation and compliance standards
Ability to work independently and across multiple teams
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
BSN
Experience with CARF accreditation or quality assurance
Experience training or mentoring clinical staff
Office is located in Greenville NC
Travel to other sites quarterly
