Job Summary

We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager on behalf of our client a well-established fine dining and lifestyle restaurant in Bahrain.

Role Overview

The Restaurant General Manager will lead all aspects of operations within a high-end experience-driven dining environment ensuring exceptional service standards strong team leadership and achievement of financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full day-to-day restaurant operations
Deliver and maintain premium guest experience standards
Lead train and develop front-of-house and operations teams
Manage P&L budgeting and cost control
Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
Ensure consistency in service quality and brand standards
Handle guest relations and service recovery
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
Background in fine dining / upscale / lifestyle restaurant concepts
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Experience in high-volume premium venues preferred
Solid financial management and P&L experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
