Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of youngpeople If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Children in Care Team as a Personal Advisor.
Our children in care team which sit within care and placement services provide a direct service to young people (16-25 year olds) preparing to leave care and those who have left care and are living in the community.
As a personal advisor you will be responsible for working directly with young people. Having your own caseload you will provide advice information and support tobothyoung people and and effective working relationships with key agencieswill be essentialto facilitate a co-ordinated response to the needs of care-leavers and vulnerable young people.
We are looking for someoneenthusiasticwho ideallyhasexperience of working directly with children young people and will have a good knowledge of the assessment process and supporting young people into adulthood. The ability to remain organised and maintain accurate plans reports and records is equipped with the ability to manage competing caseload demands and have a strong and genuine commitment to championing the needs of vulnerable children and young people.
