Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Strategic Account Director to join their team in Sacramento CA! In this role you will beresponsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of high-value strategic clients by developing long-term account plans identifying new business opportunities within those accounts designing and implementing improved process or operational policies and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize revenue generation and strengthen partnerships. The Strategic Account Director frequently works closely with cross-functional teams to recommend and deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check which requires U.S. citizenship


Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong consultative relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations acting as a trusted advisor and proactively understanding their evolving business priorities
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts proactively proposing solutions and services that address client challenges and drive incremental revenue
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing product customer success) to ensure seamless execution of account plans delivering customized solutions and exceeding client expectations
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue from strategic accounts track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on account status and progress
  • Oversee and manage a team of 5-7 Account Managers


You Must Have:

  • Proven track record of success in managing large complex accounts and exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
  • Background in print and/or direct mail within the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop comprehensive account plans
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $95000 - $115000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employee.
