Position Summary:Responsiblefor theday-to-dayoperationsof thehousekeepingdepartmentrelated tothe cleanliness presentation and overall upkeepof IMG Academys dormitories academic buildings common spaces and other campus Academy is aboarding school and sports training destination located on a 400-acre rolesupportsa safe healthy and welcoming environment for student-athletesteam members and visitors.

Work Schedule:Flexible PM hours (after 2pm)

KeyResponsibilities:

DailyOperations

• Coordinateand overseescheduledcleaning assignments for dormitories classrooms offices bathrooms athletic facilitiesand other campus facilities

• Regularly inspectscheduled spacesto verify cleaning standardshave beenmet

• Maintain clear communication withinternalcampus departmentsto streamline operations and continually enhance the campus experience

• Partner withdepartment leaderstocollaborateinvestigateand resolve concerns related to cleaning services

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervisetrainschedule andevaluateteam memberperformancein order tomeet operational needs

• Assistin the recruitmentand onboardingprocess for new team members including temporary orsummerstaff

• Oversee the payroll review process and adhere to IMGAcademypolicies on payroll coding and deadlines

• Translate company communications policies procedures and training materials asappropriate toensure staff understanding and alignment

• Translate andfacilitateclear communication during meetings coaching sessions and one-on-one discussions

SafetyStandards &InventoryOversight

• Assistin managingsupply orders storageof inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies equipment linens anddepartmentalneeds

• Assistwithcommunication withinternal and externalvendors related to equipment and service repairs

• Partner withthedepartment leadershiptoestablishand maintain the budget

• Collaborate and conduct regular training on cleaning standards safety practices and infection control

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies

• Assistwith special cleaning projects renovations and program support during school breaks

• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Required fluency in bothEnglish and Spanishin speaking writing and reading

• 5-7years of housekeeping laundry andfacilitiesmanagerialexperience; school hospitality or residential setting preferred

• Provenleadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Knowledge of cleaning best practices sanitation standards and OSHA safety guidelines

• Strongindependent judgmentanddecision-makingskills ability

• Experience with MS Office and other computer systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift carry move pushand pull equipment or boxes up to 40lbs

• Ability to stand and walk fortheduration oftheshift

• Ability to work on various indoor and outdoor surfacesincluding grass turf courts all weatherconditions

• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment

• Must be able to bend stoop squatand stretch to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks.

• Must be able to climb stairscontinuously.

• Requires grasping writing standing sitting walking repetitive motions bending climbing listeningand hearing abilityand visual acuity.

• Requires manual dexterity to use andoperateall necessary equipment.

• Must be able tooperateoffice equipment such as computers

• Flexibility isa toworkeither daynight weekendorholidaysas needed
