Job Title: IT Consultant Human Capital (Senior / Full Stack Developer)
Location: New York NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Full Stack Developer to support the development modernization and maintenance of enterprise human capital applications. This role involves working across the full technology stack to deliver secure scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design and develop front-end components using Angular and modern UI frameworks
• Build and enhance backend services and APIs technologies (C#)
• Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions

Database & Performance Optimization

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases
• Write and tune queries and stored procedures for performance and reliability

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure coding practices
• Integrate OAuth-based authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards

Support & Collaboration

• Troubleshoot application issues and support system enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with Angular (including RxJS component architecture state management)
• Strong experience with .NET technologies (C# Web APIs backend development)
• Hands-on experience with OAuth and secure authentication patterns
• Proficiency in SQL Server (database design and performance tuning)
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
