Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified CT Technologist to join a dynamic radiology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety comfort and adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures
- Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Maintain proper radiation safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for optimal patient care
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements
Education
- Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
Licensure & Certifications
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology (required)
- ARRT (CT) Certification required
