Based at Pier 4 Dawes Point close to the Harbour Bridge
Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
Run your own section
Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Sunday
