An experienced Operations Manager required to help oversee multi-site Estate Agency & Lettings property operations: manage staffing and recruiting suppliers and processes: ensuring efficiency compliance and cost control while supporting business performance and strategic growth initiatives.

We are recruiting for an Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to join a property-focused business based in the Cheshunt area.

This role will take responsibility for recording operational performance across multiple offices ensuring processes run efficiently while supporting staff compliance and commercial objectives.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple office locations
• Manage HR matters including staff performance training and development
• Ensure all employees are appropriately trained and supported
• Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Review and manage operational contracts across the business
• Produce and analyse reports to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Provide executive assistant support to senior leadership where required
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures
• Travel between office locations as required

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or Executive Assistant role
• Strong background within the property sector is essential
• Experience managing HR processes payroll and staff development
• Ability to manage suppliers contracts and commercial relationships
• Strong analytical skills with experience producing and interpreting reports
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
