Purpose: Responsible for daily maintenance of customer relation management system (CRM) and demand generation lifecycle. Engages in proactive outreach to prospective and existing customer base for prospecting/fulfillment activities and in support of customer satisfaction. Works closely with Marketing team members on developing new qualified leads. Provides support to sales team and their measurement programs by analyzing and monitoring sales/sales channel follow up.
Core Responsibilities:
Daily administration/maintenance of CRM system prospecting databases and sales leads process.
Extensive outreach to prospective and existing customers in the form of lead nurturing to include follow up activities and reporting assuring that leads are being followed by sales/sales channel personnel cold calling prospects as needed.
Develop and execute lead nurturing email campaigns including content creation and performance reporting.
Manage the planning coordination and execution of in house events including open houses customer visits and internal celebrations.
Market analysis support (data gathering).
Daily communication and collaboration with Regional Managers for in-territory lead management and analysis.
Backup support of MarComm personnel as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate or bachelors degree required. Equivalent certification program or comparable job history considered.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in direct marketing telemarketing or sales experience.
High level of computer competency including CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus) MS Outlook Excel and email marketing platforms.
Outstanding communication skills highly proficient and comfortable with phone contact.
