Product Delivery Vice President – LATAM Core Rails

As aProduct Delivery Manager (VP) for Core Rails LATAM you will lead end-to-end delivery fromintake through release and operationalization partnering withProduct Technology Operations CS&I and cross-functional teams. You will managetimelines dependencies and blockersto keep execution on track strengthengovernance and agile delivery practices and drive continuous improvements that enable faster more consistent outcomes and better customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes includingintake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firmsrisk controls compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively managetimelines and dependencieswhile monitoring blockers ensuring adequate resourcing and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Establish and runprogram governance(e.g. operating cadence working groups integrated plans RAID dependency management and Ready to Launch readiness).
• Drive end-to-end delivery execution across the lifecycle:planning build oversight testing UAT coordination cutover and hypercare ensuring operationalization and stakeholder readiness.
• Lead process re-engineering and continuous improvement to improve delivery speed transparency and control discipline.
• Foster a collaborative working environment that encourages open dialogue and productive conflict resolution.
• Analyze and interpret delivery constraints (including policies/processes) identify barriers and apply critical thinking to address challenges across the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• 10 yearsof experience or equivalent expertise delivering products projects or technology applications in complex cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to executeoperational management and change readinessactivities.
• Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementingcontinuous improvement.
• Experience inproduct/platform-wide release management including deployment processes and strategies.
• Knowledge ofPayments and/or Core Rails
• Proficient knowledge of theproduct development lifecycle design and data analytics.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and experience in business analysis and process re-engineering.
• Proven leadership influencing and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate effectively in high-pressure time-sensitive environments.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
