Production Operator

Learn more about us as a workplace are now looking for 3 motivated and ambitious Production Operators to join our highperforming team in Eastfield Scarborough.

What you will do

You will work as part of a shift team to ensure smooth operation throughout all our production processes.

Your main tasks will include:

• Adhering to UPM Safety Principles Values ISO Standards and Standard Work

• Operating processes throughout our production operation

• Ensuring product and customer order specifications are met

• Ensuring safety process and quality issues are communicated promptly to the Leading Hand

• Supporting continual improvement and collaboration within and across cells actively

• Ensuring effective handover of all the relevant information at shift changeover

Working schedule

Monday Friday 3 Shift Pattern.
Week1: 6am-2pm

Week2: 2pm-10pm

Week 3: 10pm-6am

Who you are

• You are ambitious and keen to develop with a clear interest in progressing into a leadership role

• You communicate effectively and work well as part of a team

• You ideally have experience working within a manufacturing environment but this is not essential
