Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator / Project Manager Assistant to support our restoration team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in construction restoration or project management. You will work closely with experienced estimators and project managers assisting with job documentation estimating coordination and client communication.
- Assist in preparing estimates using industry software (e.g. Xactimate)
- Support project managers with scheduling job tracking and coordination
- Conduct site visits for measurements photos and documentation
- Communicate with clients subcontractors and internal team members
- Help maintain accurate job files reports and project updates
- Track materials labor and job costs
- Ensure projects are progressing on time and within scope
- Assist with insurance documentation and claims processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in construction restoration or estimating is an asset
- Experience with Xactimate is considered a strong asset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
