The Role

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing home care team. You will play a vital role in helping children overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential through:

• Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluating speech language and communication skills to identify specific needs and goals.
• Individualized Therapy: Implementing evidence-based practices and play-based techniques for articulation fluency and social communication.
• Family Empowerment: Working closely with families to provide the strategies and resources they need to support development at home.
• Care Coordination: Collaborating with educators and other therapy disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to the childs care.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• State Licensure: Valid and current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Clinical Skills: Experience with diverse pediatric populations (infants through adolescents) and knowledge of developmental milestones.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage children effectively in their natural environments.
