What Youll Do

• Assist stylists with blowouts color applications treatments and daily services

• Shampoo condition and prep clients for services

• Greet clients and create a welcoming elevated experience from the moment they walk in

• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked workstation

• Sanitize tools and uphold salon hygiene standards

• Support front desk operations including scheduling and client flow

• Learnconstantlyby observing assisting and refining your technique

What Were Looking For

• Active California Cosmetology License (required)

• 12 years in a salon assistant role (preferred but not a dealbreaker if youve got hustle)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
