We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Kraków on a maternity cover contract and take full ownership of end-to-end hiring across multiple locations.
Your main focus will be hiring for technical roles (primarily software engineering) with occasional support for business roles as needed. Youll work on a variety of roles each bringing different hiring challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
Were a small experienced Talent Acquisition team working in a fast-paced environment. We support each other closely and focus on delivering strong hiring outcomes. Youll have a high level of ownership trust and the space to make decisions and drive hiring forward - including close partnership with hiring managers and guiding them through the process.

In this role you will
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment processfrom role briefing to offer - ensuring a strong and consistent experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Work closely with hiring managers across different locations to align on expectations and drive hiring decisions
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques
- Use market insights data and new tools (including AI-based solutions) to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Track key recruitment metrics and use insights to improve outcomes
- Contribute to building scalable recruitment processes and shaping how we hire
What you will bring
- 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the IT sector
- Strong hands-on capability in sourcing and engaging passive talent using LinkedIn and other creative approaches
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and confidently driving hiring processes and decisions
- A structured data-driven approach to recruitment including experience with ATS systems (e.g. Lever Personio) and recruitment metrics
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
- A proactive ownership-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal English and Polish skills
We consider the following experience as an advantage
- Experience working in multi-location or international environments
- Experience working with PHP React Data Engineering and Project Management roles
