Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Dallas TX.
Reporting to the Materials Manager the Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for identifying analyzing and improving the efficiency of our Supply Chain operations.
What a typical day looks like:
- Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports for supply chain performance metrics (inventory procurement logistics demand planning etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and sources.
- Investigate variances delays and inefficiencies across supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery inventory turns forecast accuracy and cost-to-serve.
- Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Support initiatives to optimize supply chain processes through data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Maintains knowledge of new trends developments technologies materials and best practices; this knowledge applies to continually improve processes and production efficiency.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field required; education may be substituted for relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in supply chain role or related field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
