Invest West Management is hiring a Property Manager (Residential) to manage and drive performance across a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily properties.

This role is responsible for day-to-day operations resident relations and overall portfolio performance. We are looking for someone with property management experience who wants to take ownership of a portfolio help drive its performance and continue to grow in their role.

What Youll Own
Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily properties
Oversee leasing performance including marketing showings applicant screening and lease execution
Drive rent collections enforce lease terms and manage delinquencies with accountability
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and owners resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
Partner with Maintenance to ensure work orders inspections and property conditions are handled efficiently and to standard

What Were Looking For
3-5 years of property management experience (single-family or scattered-site preferred)
Active Washington Real Estate License (required willing to obtain while employed)
ARM (the ability to obtain at the first available class)
Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws landlord-tenant regulations and compliance
Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio Yardi Buildium or similar)
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
High level of accountability and attention to detail
