Director of Inside Sales IVA

Summary:The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team driving sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for specific product lines. This role involves developing and implementing sales plans managing key customer relationships and overseeing the daily operations of the inside sales department. The Director of Inside Sales will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and :Lead and manage the inside sales team including recruitment training and performance and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for specific product key customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer the daily operations of the inside sales department including order processing quoting and customer with other departments such as marketing operations and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and and present sales reports and forecasts to senior compliance with company policies and Requirements & Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.10 years of experience in product sales preferred.5 years of experience in sales management & Abilities:Strong business acumen including but not limited to P&L communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint and Google Slides).Performance driven and data PC skills and proficient analytical picture focus yet comfortable with for strategic and sales in employee training development and performance customer for business development and project interpersonal and communication be available to travel throughout company territory to perform training presentations meetings and participate in other company events; overnight travel required up to 50%.Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance with company driving background check and drug/alcohol Physical FunctionsLifting up to 25 poundsBending stooping ability to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelinesThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
