Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts including contractors habitational properties pet stores condos and lessors risk-only properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage full-service account responsibilities.This is a fully remote position for candidates located in OR WA ID MT or WY. We provide all necessary equipment to ensure your success in this role.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 annually based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $1500 to $100000.
• Handle full AZ servicing of accounts including quoting renewals issuing ID cards endorsements and follow-ups with clients and carriers.
• Focus on backend servicing tasks rather than billing or heavy customer-facing responsibilities.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Work Environment: Must be located in OR WA ID MT or WY and able to work remotely.
