Job Summary:
The Sr. Account Manager position will have a primary responsibility for policy maintenance and service of an assigned portion of accounts. Maintain a high level of client retention by managing the day-to-day service needs of our clients and constantly work toward strong client relationships. Market and service accounts in accordance with the platform objectives and procedures. Contribute to the profitable growth of the platform by achieving retention and renewal goals proactive account rounding up-selling of limits/coverages and by providing extraordinary client service.
Responsibilities:
Manages high-value or complex accounts often involving more intricate problem-solving end negotiations.
Collaborate with the client advisor to review exposures and insurance programs for assigned clients determine if carrier is the best fit for the client while considering coverage protection and cost.
Collaborate with client advisors to market quote and prepare the proposal for the client from both a risk management and insurance prospective to decide upon the best way to manage the customers risk which may require an inventive approach.
Provide day-to-day service anticipate customers needs and respond to client issues/questions in a timely manner.
Manages initial report of claims and following up to ensure that the claim is properly progressing and customers needs are being met.
Monitor carrier activities to make sure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer (policy endorsements claims etc.)
Develops and executes strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.
Attempt to round-out each customers insurance portfolio including the solicitation of additional commercial and personal lines insurance where applicable.
Maintain customer records in accordance with procedures.
Keeps customers up to date on pending changes in the insurance world that may impact their insurance coverage.
Assists or completes other tasks as directed by platform management.
Provide timely professional accurate communication to client team carrier representatives and
Keep and maintain confidentiality of client records and communication.
Engages with senior executives both within the company and at client organizations to align on goals and strategies.
Conducts detailed analysis of account performance and implement improvements to optimize client satisfaction and profitability.
Seeks referrals from clients and follows through to help generate new business.
Refers current and prospective clients to Benefits Department and Personal Insurance for solicitation of those lines of business.
Coach and mentor junior members of the commercial lines may lead team meetings and initiatives.
Comply with agency standards policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty License Required.
Strong organizational skills-the abilityto discern priority and initiative.
Computer skills specifically Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong people skills
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest premiums commissions proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variablesfurnishedin written oral diagram or schedule form.
Applied Systems / EPIC experience isa plus.
Knowand apply principles of insurance to everyday situations.
Education and Experience:
High School diplomarequired.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines.
CPCU or special training course completion is a plus.
*This position will be supporting our Hawaii book of business. This role will require individuals to work Hawaii business hours.
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $85000 - $130000. This range reflects Acrisures good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications location and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
