Job Title: Project Manager
Location: London (site & office based)
Salary: Competitive package
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-value construction projects across London. Projects will typically range from 1m and include a mix of residential commercial and student accommodation developments.
This is a key role responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion ensuring delivery on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from inception through to handover
Plan programme and coordinate all project activities to ensure timely delivery
Oversee project budgets cost control and financial reporting
Liaise with clients consultants architects and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project objectives
Procure and manage subcontractor packages including negotiation and contract administration
Monitor site progress quality and health & safety compliance
Identify and manage project risks resolving issues to avoid delays or cost overruns
Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual and regulatory requirements
Project Types:
Residential developments
Commercial schemes
Student accommodation
Mixed-use developments
Requirements:
Proven experience managing construction projects valued at 1m
Strong background in residential commercial or mixed-use developments
Excellent knowledge of construction processes contracts and regulations
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across disciplines
Strong financial and commercial awareness including budget management
Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills

Problem solving and decision making
