The Role
We need a high-energy strategic leader to get our products onto every platefrom Michelin-star restaurants to your local pub. Youll build mentor and lead a world-class sales organization across Canada and the US. Reporting directly to the CEO you will own & iterate on the revenue roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Playbook: Design and execute the sales playbook for foodservice and B2B.
- Enterprise Sales Account: Support B2B conversations for label corporate and retail opportunities.
- Foodservice Expansion: Partner with major distributors (Sysco GFS Bondi) and restaurant groups to put our product on menus across Canada and the US.
- Pipeline Excellence: Maintain a rigorous CRM process providing accurate forecasting for our production and finance teams.
- Market Expansion: Drive growth in new territories across Canada and the US.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of the company at trade shows industry panels and pitch meetings.
What You Bring
- 5 years in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role selling physical goods; CPG or food preferred
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience building and executing sales playbooks.
- You thrive in the chaos of a startup. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot fast.
- You dont just feel like its going well; you use data to prove it and optimize.
- A rolodex of active contacts at major retailers and key foodservice players is a bonus.
- Mastery of digital sales & data tracking tools.
- You are genuinely passionate about food and sustainability.
